Get to know Destiny, a spunky five-month-old pup who has sadly grown up in the shelter environment. Unfortunately, this often leads to under-socialization, and Destiny is no exception; our team is working with her on boundaries and dog-to-dog manners.
Destiny has shown us that she is quite intelligent; with consistency and training, she has made leaps and bounds and has come a long way since she initially arrived at The NOAH Center.
We are in the warm summer months, and Destiny delights in playing in the kiddy pools in the off-leash area. She loves water, and one of her favorite games is to collect all of the toys she can find in the off-leash area and put them all in the pool. She LOVES water, and especially pools.
Since Destiny has been under-socialized and is still working on improving her dog-to-dog interactions, we believe it would be best if Destiny went to a home where she would be the only other dog. Additionally, destiny would likely be most successful in a home without young children under 12. Destiny adores people and cannot wait to find her forever family. She loves to play with her toys and friends and cuddle as much as possible. If Destiny sounds like the dog for your family, visit the Available Dogs on our website and if she is still available, come by and meet her!
