Spooky fun for the whole family! Get your group together and join us at Seafarers Memorial Park in Anacortes, or Legion Memorial Park in Arlington for a great dog-friendly time! Event goers can expect a t-shirt and goodie bag, doggy bandana and a trick or treating map to collect even more goodies from the communities local businesses. Event proceeds support The NOAH Center's mission to rescue homeless animals.
