Our Programs

The pillars of our work

Each of our program areas support our ultimate mission of ending the euthanasia of homeless but adoptable pets throughout Washington State and beyond. Each program plays a key role in moving our vision forward.

GIVECONTACT

Family-Friendly Animal Adoptions

Thousands of pets each year find their second chance and forever homes through our Family-Friendly Animal Adoptions. Animals who would have otherwise suffered an entirely different fate, find love in the arms of our local community members and thrive in their new homes.

LOW-COST SPAY & NEUTER

We believe that our mission to end the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable pets starts with our a high-quality Spay & Neuter Program. The NOAH Center offers affordable spay and neuter surgeries to low-income members of our community, ending the cycle of reproduction.

TRANSFER & PARTNERSHIP

Each rescue story starts with our Transfer & Partnership Program. We work with over 60 overburdened shelters and rescues throughout Washington State and beyond and move adoptable pets to our facility.

NEONATAL FOSTER CARE

Tragically, thousands of neonatal puppies and kittens are euthanized every year in overcrowded shelters without the resources to care for them, but The NOAH Center steps in to save as many as we can.

Mom’s Last Litter

Accidents happen sometimes.
When our community members find themselves with an accidental litter of puppies or kittens, we’re here to help.

Volunteer

Our volunteers are the life-blood of our organization. Without our dedicated volunteers, our work would simply not be possible. From helping care for the animals by walking dogs and cleaning suites, to assisting with events and fundraising, we can find a role for anyone to make a difference.
