STEP 1: QUALIFY
INCOME REQUIREMENTS
The NOAH Center’s Spay & Neuter Clinic serves only income-qualified individuals. No matter your county, if you receive benefits from any of the listed programs or fall under the income requirements below, you meet the eligible requirements for our spay/neuter services.

If you don’t receive program benefits but are under the income requirements below, you are eligible for our income-qualified spay/neuter services.

Proof of income is not required, though clients will be required to self attest after appointment approval.
STEP 2: PRICING
DEPOSIT (REQUIRED)
$25 PER PET. Non refundable and must be paid online when scheduling your appointment. Balance is due on, or before, morning drop-off.
VOUCHERS (NOT REQUIRED)
The NOAH Center does not provide spay/neuter vouchers. We do accept vouchers from other organizations, but they are not required to schedule an appointment. If you have received a voucher from another organization, confirm with the issuing organization that The NOAH Center is listed as an approved service provider. We will treat this voucher as a rebate for the deposit.
How to use a voucher: Book your appointment online and pay the $25 deposit. At drop off, bring the physical printed voucher (we do not accept digital vouchers) and we will provide a refund for the deposit to the card you used when scheduling the appointment.
NOTE: If you cancel or miss the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
CATS & KITTENS

- 8 weeks – 5 years
- 2+ pounds
- Owned cats in a hard carrier/feral cats in trap
- Regular rates apply to all cats including feral
- Brachycephalic cats (Persian Himalayan etc.) and older cats (6-8 years) are at high risk for anesthetic complications *

** Cats must tested for FeLV prior to the first dose.* **Rabies vaccines are good for 1 year. If you prefer a rabies vaccine lasting 3 years, proof of first rabies vaccine is required. Cats must be 4+ months of age.

- On a secure leash
- Must be able to be safely handled in an unknown, fast-paced environment
- Brachycephalic dogs (English/French Bulls & Pugs etc.) and older dogs (6-8 years) are at high risk for anesthetic complications *

*Animals spayed or neutered at The NOAH Center receive a small green “sterilization indicator tattoo” on their abdomen. This short, green line confirms their reproductive organs have been removed and prevents unnecessary, exploratory surgery if they’re lost.
SURCHARGES
Above Declared Weight - $70
We will weigh your dog prior to surgery. If your dog weighs 10+ pounds more than you stated during scheduling, we may be unable to do the surgery. If we can perform surgery, this fee will apply.
Pregnant - $40
We cannot test for pregnancy prior, or stop surgery once begun. If pregnancy is possible you can: 1) move forward with spay surgery or 2) delay and utilize our Mom’s Last Litter Program if pregnancy is confirmed.
In Heat - $40
Signs of a female in heat include a swollen vulva, bloody discharge, increased interest in males, and agitated behavior.
Cryptorchid - $40
A condition in which one or both of the testes have failed to descend from the abdomen and into the scrotum.
Late Pick Up Fee - $75
Pets must be picked up by 4:00 PM on surgery day. A $75 fee applies for every 15 minutes after 4:00 PM. Thank you for helping us keep our clinic running smoothly!
STEP 3: SCHEDULE
All appointments begin at 8am.
Once your appointment is scheduled, we cannot reschedule for any reason. Deposits are nonrefundable, no exceptions. Any available appointments will be for the next 2-4 days. Due to high demand, they fill up fast. If no appointments are available, please check back daily for more created throughout the week. We do not schedule appointments over the phone or keep a waiting list. If you are ready to schedule your appointment and pay the non-refundable deposit, use the Scheduler button.
STEP 4: PREPARE

CATS: IN A HARD-SHELL CARRIER
Place a soft blanket or towel inside that is large enough to soak up any urine.
If multiple cats, please place in separate carriers.
DOGS: ON A LEASH
Potty your dog upon arrival.
Do NOT send your pet with valuable items or toys that may be lost.
PICK UP: 4 PM
LATE PICK UP FEE STARTS AT $75
Post-Surgical Care
After surgery, you will receive an email with post-operative instructions for your pet’s care. If you have lost those instructions, you can download them here.
