Frequently Asked Questions

Why is adopting two kittens at once usually better than one?

Kittens are naturally social animals! We recommend adopting two kittens at the same time so they can play and utilize their high energy levels in a constructive way, versus attacking your toes when you’re trying to watch Netflix! When kittens grow up together they become less anxious as adults and it’s easier for them to learn appropriate behaviors that are acceptable to their owners.

Kittens adopted in a pair are statistically more likely to stay in their forever home. Every kitten returned for behavioral reasons in 2021 were adopted as single kittens instead of in a pair. Help set your new pets up for success and adopt two kittens instead of one!
